PAYMENT

All payments are handled by Paypa & Shopify Payment. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders. BRV do not store or transfer any credit card details. For further questions about how our partners handle information please contact PayPal & Shopify. 

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 36 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse. 

Available stocks will be shipped within 36 hours of order placement from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. (Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday).

Pre – Orders will be shipped once the stocks have arrived. Shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours of stock arrival. However we reserve the rights to delay the shipment should there be any unforeseen circumstances.

However, holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. We’re currently not able to ship to APO’s but recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, Clients will first receive an E-mail specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, another E-mail with the tracking link will be sent, to allow the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Successful Shipment Delivery

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement. 

Warranty

If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with a like item free of charge and cover the shipping back to you. This warranty does not cover degradation from normal wear and tear over the natural lifespan of the materials in the bag or garment.

Return & Exchanges

To return an item, please contact us at support@thebrv.com to schedule the return or exchange, we will guide you through the process.

You may return any unworn, undamaged BRV bags and accessories purchased online from thebrv.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price by mail. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any returning shipping and PayPal transactional fees will also be borne by the Customer. 

Item(s) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

Reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc) are considered ‘Final Sale’. Final Sale items are non-fundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.
